Thread Speaks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not replace or refund items that are marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor and manage the delivery of their shipment.

Orders are processed before shipment and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after processing.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping and email address at checkout. The email address provided will be used to send your order confirmation, receipt, and tracking information.

Thread Speaks is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
